- Business support is provided by your community sponsor. The fastest and best way to look for support is via the real time Query facility. You can query a specific document or raise a general query. All queries are time stamped and grouped sequentially in an audit trail by category.

What is Celtrino Express?
It is a new suite of cloud based eservices from Celtrino.
What does Celtrino Express do?
It saves you time and money by eliminating the repeated use of paper, email, fax and phone when exchanging business documents with your trading partners.
What are the benefits of Celtrino Express?
It makes it easier for suppliers and buyers to do business.
What do I need to start using Celtrino Express?
It's very simple. You only need access to the internet nothing else.
What documents can I exchange?
Lots of documents. Examples include invoices, credit notes, statements, delivery dockets and orders.
What if I want to view a document?
When you log into Celtrino Express, you are on the Home Page. You can then view documents received within the last 30 days, by clicking on the view link for this document. If you would like to view documents older than 30 days, please adjust the [Start Date] and [End Date] ranges and then click on the [Apply] button on the Home Page.
What if I want to query a document?
It's very easy. Use the new instant query service. It's like a text message but quicker and it's free to use. There's a great audit trail to track queries and responses as well.
Is there an alert facility?
Yes. By default, you are sent an email alert whenever a new document arrives for you and whenever a query or query response is received. You have total control over alerts through the Alert Management link.
There is also an inline alerting for when you are already logged-on.
How do I access the service?
Log on over the Web into your secure account.
What if I forget my password?
No problem, just request a new one, it only take a few seconds. Click on the “Forgotten Password” link and follow the simple instructions.
What can I do with these documents?
Lots. For example, you can view them, resolve queries related to them, download them, match them against other documents.
If I use the service for e-invoicing, does this mean I no longer have to archive them in paper form?
Can I use the service for term storage?
Yes, all documents are automatically stored for 3 months. Longer storage for up to 7 years or more is optionally available.
Is this a completely new service?
The service has been in use for many years. It's now much easier to use with lots of new features.
Who is behind this service?
Celtrino has designed, built and launched the service following extending consultations with the prospective customers. Celtrino has specialised in the area for more than 23 years and is a successful Irish company.
What sort of pedigree does this service have?
Last year, Celtrino customers securely exchanged over 7.5 million e-invoices worth in excess of €4 billion. No e-invoices were lost or corrupted or compromised in any way.
Is the service available outside Ireland?
Yes, it is a worldwide service.
